Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Business Starter to Growth or Pro at any time through your client portal. The price difference is prorated so you only pay for what you use.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and will not renew. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 7 days. Contact us directly if you have a billing concern.
Can I transfer my existing website to DABSHosting?
Yes. WordPress site migrations are handled directly. For most sites the process is straightforward and causes minimal downtime. Contact us before ordering and we can walk you through it.
What control panel do my clients get?
Each hosting account includes cPanel access so you can manage files, email, databases, and DNS records directly. You also get access to your billing account through our WHMCS client portal.
What happens if my site goes down?
Submit a support ticket or call us directly. Growth and Pro clients get phone and text access during business hours. We target same business day response on all plans and 2-hour response on Pro.
Do I need to manage server updates myself?
No. Server-level maintenance, security patches, and infrastructure updates are handled by our upstream provider. You manage your website content and we handle the infrastructure underneath it.
Is this different from GoDaddy or Bluehost?
The infrastructure is comparable. The difference is who you call when something breaks. DABSHosting is run by a local Dayton IT professional — not a call center. Your renewal price is also your price. No bait-and-switch.
Can I add a domain name to my hosting plan?
Yes. Domain registration and transfer is available through DABSHosting. .com domains start at $15/yr. You can register or transfer during checkout or separately through your client portal.
